CHF PROFESSIONALS
The professional branch of the Christian Medical Association of Cameroon is one of the main arms of the movement. This branch comprises of medical doctors, pharmacists, dental surgeons, nurses, laboratory specialists, and ALL other health professionals who have completed their undergraduate or professional studies. CMA Professionals are found in all 10 regions of Cameroon and in other nations of the world creating impact and positive change building on values learned through the CMA. Spiritual development
School fellowships are usually very structured allowing for constant communion and growth amongst brethren. Once in the professional world, it is important that every believer remains on fire for God and in spiritual growth. The CMA Professionals acknowledges how busy and overwhelming life becomes after graduation and intentionally seeks to ensure that the brethren remain in fellowship through local churches and continue meeting within the CMA share and grow together in the Faith while being exemplary and impactful Christians in their community.

Professional development
In the CMA, one of our guiding principles is excellence. Whether it is within the church or in the marketplace, we believe that being excellent is manifesting God's glory. Ensuring Academic and Professional excellence is longstanding tradition of the CMA. In specific forums we share opportunities, host webinars, encourage and inspire members with testimonies of success and excellence. We are grateful to God that our members are currently leading in several health, education, and administrative sectors in Cameroon.

Leadership and Transformation
In the CMA we believe that each member must be trained to become a leader with integrity. We teach professionals to be skilful leaders but also to be leaders who serve with biblical principles. We encourage brethren to take positions of leadership and influence to bring about the godly change we seek in our society. We believe and teach that when godly leaders are responsible over hospitals, universities, institutions and in the government, we can bring about the development and establish the Kingdom of God on earth.
